The room was impeccably clean, with fresh-smelling linens and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was super clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel staff were great, our needs were met throughout our stay. The location near R City Mall was a definite plus, with access to shopping and dining options. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is not too bad as it is close to a shopping mall and has easy access to transportation. don't be fooled by the pictures online as the rooms are quite dirty, and the bedsheets and pillows are stained. the bathrooms are not well maintained, with rusty taps and no soap provided. there are no AC remotes or toilet paper in the bathroom. the service is very poor, with no room service available and unhelpful staff. On top of that, breakfast is not provided even though you pay for it.
Hygiene is a major issue here.

Over the Christmas holidays, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and clean towels provided. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. I also enjoyed the free WiFi provided throughout my stay, which was a major plus.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The room I stayed in was not thoroughly cleaned, and I found several hairs on the sheets and pillows.
